Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, approachable, and highly organised HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and, more importantly, build and sustain a strong workplace culture.

This role goes far beyond payroll or attendance. The person will act as the emotional and cultural backbone of the organisation—someone employees trust, feel comfortable approaching, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

People & Culture

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and well-being

  • Build a friendly, inclusive, and high-trust work environment

  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and morale initiatives

  • Ensure employees feel heard, supported, and valued

  • Handle conflict resolution with maturity and discretion

HR Operations

  • Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, and exits

  • Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation

  • Track attendance, leave, and internal HR compliance

  • Support performance reviews and feedback cycles

  • Coordinate with management on people-related matters

Office & Discipline Management

  • Ensure office discipline, punctuality, and professionalism

  • Regulate day-to-day office functioning and internal coordination

  • Be firm when required, but always empathetic and fair

Key Traits We Are Looking For

  • Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident, smart, and sharp in handling people and situations

  • Naturally organised and proactive

  • Able to balance friendliness with authority

Preferred Profile

  • Background in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields

  • Experience handling people in growing organisations

  • Someone employees can trust, and management can rely on

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a purely administrative HR role

  • Not limited to payroll or documentation

  • Requires strong human understanding and cultural leadership
