- Minimum 7 years of experience in related areas
- Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Contracting requirements, Coaching / mentoring
- Learning and development
- Talent Management
- Designing and writing HR Policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
- Remuneration, compensation and employee benefits
- Payroll and payroll procedures
- Managing misconduct, incapacity, dispute resolution and related procedures
- Fair understanding of agricultural production and supply Chain
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sage 300 experience will be preferred
- Ability to multi-task
