Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, learning and development, organisational development or related discipline and/or significant relevant experience in development and instructional design
2. Proven recruitment experience
3. Proven experience in collaborating with leaders to create clear job descriptions, responsibilities and policies
4. Proven exposure or experience in how to work with the company's leadership to shape the culture and create a lasting framework for it

Remuneration

• Base:  $120K + Super
• OTE:  $150K | based + quarterly bonuses
• Share options:  Currently valued at about $60,000
