✅ HR Operations & Statutory Compliance
✅ Payroll Coordination & HR Support
✅ Employee Engagement & Relations
✅ Performance Management Support
✅ HR MIS & Reporting

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations & labour laws
✔ Experience in logistics / manpower-heavy environment preferred
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS tools
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:
* Multi-city workforce management experience
* Contractual/Gig workforce hiring exposure
* Knowledge of Gujarat statutory compliance
