HR Business Partner Opportunity

Location: Birmingham (Onsite)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

What’s the role?

You’ll partner closely with the local leadership team while collaborating with a wider group HR function to deliver a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape processes, implement systems, and introduce data-driven decision-making.

 

Key priorities include:

  • Designing and embedding HR processes that enable scalability and efficiency.
  • Leading the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Introducing HR metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
  • Coaching managers and handling complex employee relations matters.
  • Driving cultural alignment and supporting change initiatives.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Track record of implementing HR systems and building processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
