Job Title: HR Generalist for Advanced Digital Cable (ADC)

Location: On-site in Haysville, North Carolina. 25% travel is required to other plants within 100 miles.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist. This position will report to our HR Director.

This is a hands-on position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations and be a great recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

ADC is growing and needs to recruit a large number of manufacturing employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will be great at recruiting. This will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Reach out to passive candidates and actively recruit them.

Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
