We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Executive to support our People & Culture initiatives. This role will focus primarily on employee engagement, workplace culture activities, and providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities such as team bonding events, celebrations, and internal campaigns.
Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing.
Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and engagement assessments.
Help implement internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
Support onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing internal HR activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR initiatives related to employee welfare, recognition programs, and internal events.
Coordinate logistics for HR programs and employee engagement activities.
Employee Relations
Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support HR in maintaining a positive employee experience across departments.
Promote company values and encourage participation in culture-building initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about people engagement.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
