We are looking for seasoned HR leaders for variouse clients througout RSA. The role is responsible for driving the people strategy, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation, and building an engaged, high-performing workforce.
Key focus areas:
Lead HR strategy, governance, and workforce planning
Oversee employee relations, CCMA matters, and compliance with BCEA, LRA, and related legislation
Manage payroll governance, reward frameworks, and statutory reporting (UIF, COIDA, SDL)
Drive Employment Equity planning and reporting
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and fair employment practices
Deliver WSP/ATR submissions and manage SETA engagements
Oversee HR systems, POPIA compliance, and HR analytics
Build culture, engagement, leadership development, and transformation initiatives
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology / Labour Relations (postgraduate)
Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years at senior leadership level
Proven experience in multi-national company
Strong track record in CCMA representation, labour relations, EE planning, and organisational change
In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE Act, OHSA, COIDA, UIF, National Minimum Wage Act, POPIA, and Skills Development Act
SABPP registration advantageous
This is a strategic leadership role suited to experienced professional with commercial acumen, strong labour law knowledge, and the ability to influence at executive level.
