TWR Canada is seeking an HR & Culture Manager who can confidently navigate change, rebuild trust, and steward healthy HR practices across a diverse, multi-location environment. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role focused on shaping people systems and culture in alignment with TWR’s Christ-centered mission.

About the HR & Culture Manager Role
The HR & Culture Manager provides practical and spiritual leadership in the areas of employee relations, organizational health, and human resources operations. You’ll lead initiatives that support culture transformation, talent acquisition, compliance, policy development, and staff care across TWR’s Canadian teams.
This is a key leadership role reporting to the President & CEO, with significant influence on the day-to-day well-being and long-term health of the organization.
Specifically, in this role you’d be responsible for:
Employee Relations & Culture – 40%
Compliance & Policy – 25%
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – 15%
Performance Management & Organizational Support – 10%
Compensation & Administration – 10%

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week), based in London, Ontario. The role follows core business hours, Monday to Friday, with no regular travel expectations, though occasional evening or weekend work may be required for TWR events. The desired start date is as soon as possible.
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $72,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience. The benefits package includes dental, extended health care, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available after the probationary period. TWR Canada also offers RRSP contributions and three weeks’ vacation per year, pro-rated based on the start date.
