What You Will Do

  • Support clients from a wide variety of small businesses in a wide variety of HR needs, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and more.

  • Coach mangers, supervisors and small business leaders in HR and compliance topics, providing expert support to ensure best practices are followed.

  • Learn, utilize and teach the HRIS (isolved) to help client contacts with payroll processing and employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to clients in day-to-day HR operations, including systems access, employee login issues, and onboarding needs.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.

  • Conduct site visits and check-in calls to ensure HR services are meeting the needs of businesses and employees
  • Leverage your HR expertise to recommend improvements to processes, policies, and culture.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

  • A strong ability to work in both complex employee relations or compliance issues as well as more everyday, administrative HR operations.

  • Experience with HR systems; knowledge of isolved is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • A drive to learn, grow and pitch in wherever needed as the needs of the team and business change and grow over time
  • A bachelor's degree and/or HR certification (preferred, not required).

  • A willingness to work full-time in our Tulsa office.
