Our client is a dynamic property management company with international operations. They are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their growing team. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Melkbos, Blouberg, or Sunningdale for occasional in-person requirements.
About the Role
As HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and providing day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle. Experience with Greenhouse (HR system) is essential, as is prior experience working with UK HR processes.
Manage HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR data in Greenhouse ATS.
Prepare HR reports, contracts, and assist with payroll processes.
Liaise with UK HR counterparts to align with international processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Efficient and accurate processing of HR administration tasks
Timely management of employee documentation and HR records
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance workflows
Maintaining a high level of accuracy in HR system data (Greenhouse)
Providing responsive and professional support to employees and managers
Ensuring HR processes align with both South African and UK requirements
2–5 years’ HR Administration experience.
Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS (essential).
Previous experience supporting UK HR operations (essential).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
R25,000 – R30,000 per month.
