Job Description

 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates (RNs, CNAs, CMAs, MAs, LPNs, administrative staff, allied health professionals, etc.).

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns to attract top talent.

  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards, credentialing requirements, and employment laws (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA, EEO, ADA).

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement.

  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruiting programs.

  • Support HR projects related to workforce planning, DEI, retention, and talent analytics.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing.

  • Familiarity with healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing standards.

  • Proficient with ATS platforms, MS Office, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
