Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates (RNs, CNAs, CMAs, MAs, LPNs, administrative staff, allied health professionals, etc.).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards, credentialing requirements, and employment laws (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA, EEO, ADA).
Track and analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement.
Coordinate and attend job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruiting programs.
Support HR projects related to workforce planning, DEI, retention, and talent analytics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing.
Familiarity with healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing standards.
Proficient with ATS platforms, MS Office, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
