Our Esteemed, well-established Client in the Construction industry is seeking a visionary and strategic Group HR Director to lead its
Human Resources function across multiple business units.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the Group’s HR strategy,
overseeing people management practices and ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the HR function across the Group, providing strategic direction and operational oversight.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and transformation goals.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR best practices across all sites.
• Partner with senior leadership to support transformation, skills development, and change management.
• Champion continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and service delivery.
