We are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in building a new recruitment function focused on the European market. This is a strategic and hands-on role that bridges cultures, talent, and business needs—driving growth and organizational excellence through world-class hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment processes tailored to local cultures and regulations across various European countries.
  • Embed the company’s talent acquisition values and operational standards into global processes—ensuring consistency while adapting to local expectations and norms.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for diverse roles across multiple European countries, including sourcing, screening, deep-dive behavioral interviews, and offer management.
  • Lead and guide hiring managers throughout the process, from job scoping and candidate profiling to interview feedback and decision-making.
  • Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including local HR, global teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and recruitment systems (ATS).
  • Support employer branding efforts across target markets in Europe.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in global talent acquisition, with a focus on European markets – must.
  • Proven knowledge of recruiting processes and market practices in multiple European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, etc.).
  • Experience conducting behavioral and in-depth interviews.
  • Strong command of Hebrew and English – verbal and written. Additional languages– an advantage.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Strong preference for candidates from global, industrial, or complex organizations with multiple roles and stakeholder interfaces.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to independently lead complex processes with a strategic perspective.
  • High adaptability, proactive mindset, and organizational agility.
