As the Global Employer Branding Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling employer value proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints—while embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into every aspect of the employer brand.
Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Define, refine, and embed the EVP into all talent attraction and engagement initiatives.
Brand Strategy: Lead the employer branding stream within corporate rebranding efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall brand identity.
Content & Campaigns: Develop and manage content strategies for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), career websites, and internal platforms.
Career Site Management: Accompany the global relaunch of the career website, including stakeholder alignment, content planning, and vendor coordination.
Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Kununu and Glassdoor; manage sensitive feedback and employee sentiment.
Internal Employer Branding Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and support HR initiatives such as retention and exit interviews
DEI Integration: Partner with DEI leaders to ensure inclusive language, imagery, and messaging across all employer branding materials. Champion DEI storytelling and highlight diverse employee voices and experiences.
Proven experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or HR communications.
Experience in working in an international matrix organisation
Demonstrated commitment to DEI and experience integrating inclusive practices into branding or communications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
