About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager People Operations to lead and elevate our people function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a high-performing, responsive and compliant people operations model across the organisation.
Leading a team of eight, you will oversee Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), People Services and a team of HR Business Partners. You will play a critical role in driving strategic people initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
