Opportunity

The Fundraising Digital Experience Coordinator supports the execution and optimisation of digital supporter journeys across the Leukaemia Foundation’s fundraising programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing the digital experience across fundraising initiatives, enabling greater personalisation, channel integration, and platform engagement. This role will support in driving fundraiser and donor recruitment and retention, maximising Peer to peer, and community fundraising activities and enhancing the overall experience with Leukaemia Foundation campaigns and products.  

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Brisbane office in Dutton Park. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

Supporter Experience & Lifecycle Strategy

·       Contribute to the development and execution of the supporter experiences for key fundraising audiences to drive engagement and deliver on agreed objectives.

·       Map and document key supporter journeys, helping to identify pain points and areas for enhancement.

Experience Development & Implementation

·       Identify, define and develop digital experience tactics (working in collaboration with peers) that support the onboarding, activation and

·       Engagement of new fundraisers to reach their fundraising potential.

·       Partner with Marketing Automation, Data & Analytics, and Content teams to deliver cross-channel campaign activity and supporter experiences.

Measurement & Insights generation

·       Support the development of measurement frameworks to effectively measure the digital supporter experience  

·       Monitor campaign and experience performance using dashboards and analytics tools.

·       Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform continuous improvements.

·       Provide input to post-campaign reviews to enhance future strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

 

To be successful I this role you will need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in CX and / or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Strong working knowledge of customer journey mapping and optimisation
  • Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other teams to drive and deliver key outcomes
  • Experience with digital platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (experience using Funraisin, Braze, and Salesforce highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of peer-to-peer and individual giving fundraising models highly regarded, but not essential. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
