Fast forward to the early 2020’s and through multiple natural vitamin and supplement company acquisitions, we pivoted to become the e-commerce company that we are today - now managing multiple brands on a daily basis. We resell products for other brands, and we own proprietary brands sold DTC and via Amazon.

About the Finance & People Operations Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & People Operations Analyst to support both finance and people operations functions. This role combines financial analysis with coordination of people operations, including outsourced recruiting, payroll, benefits, and 401(k) providers and is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This is a high-impact role in a growing company, with broad exposure to finance and HR operations in a collaborative team environment.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analyst
    1. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
    2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
    3. Analyze operating expenses and business trends
    4. Ad hoc financial modeling and reporting
  2. People Operations
    1. Serve as internal liaison to outsourced recruiting, payroll, benefits, and 401(k) vendors
    2. Lead annual open enrollment effort
    3. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
    4. Maintain HRIS and employee records
    5. Assist employees with basic benefits and policy questions
    6. Track compliance items (I-9s, training, postings, filings, etc.)
    7. Support performance review and compensation cycles

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Human Resources
  2. 5+ years of relevant work experience
  3. Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
  4. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  5. Proficiency with computer applications (Paycom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  6. Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Paycom, preferred
