Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
  
• Set up welding equipment independently
  
• Tack weld and apply heat evenly while producing clean, quality weld beads
  
• Weld aluminum and carbon steel proficiently
  
• Perform welding in all positions: uphill, horizontal, vertical, and flat
  
• Identify and repair defective welds
  
• Maintain high quality standards with strong attention to detail
  
• Use math skills to read accurately and measure with a tape measure
  
• Successfully complete a pre-employment mock weld test
