This department is responsible for managing the people, resources, and processes within its scope. We oversee and support the organization to ensure that business objectives are met through effective operational management. In line with the establishment of a strategic HR function within this organization, we restructured our HR teams in May 2023, creating dedicated groups for HRBP, COE (Center of Excellence), and Talent Development/Organization Development. The Recruiting Planning Group is a team responsible for new graduate and mid-career recruitment, as well as recruiting branding.

Develop and execute strategies for attracting top global talent by collaborating with executives and recruiters.
Conduct global talent sourcing activities in close partnership with hiring managers.

Work Environment
Our team is highly diverse in terms of age, background, and other aspects. Communication within the team is conducted in both Japanese and English. The team, comprising approximately 20 members across HRBP, Recruitment Planning, and Organization/Talent Development, fosters a supportive environment where members actively assist each other. Many team members are also raising children, and we offer flexible time management arrangements in consultation with their managers.
Our team is composed of members with various backgrounds, including many who have joined mid-career or who previously worked as engineers in the field, bringing a deep understanding of on-site knowledge and situations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mid-career recruitment experience at companies with 1,000+ employees.
- Experience as an in-house recruiter or in-house direct sourcer.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in formulating and executing mid-career recruitment strategies.
- Experience with direct recruiting platforms such as Bizreach and LinkedIn.
- Experience in engineering recruitment.
- General knowledge of HR and labor management (e.g., work rules, labor laws).
- Experience with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), such as recruitment support as a contractor.
- Ability to engage and involve others to drive projects forward.
- Ability to approach tasks with flexibility.
