Position: Experienced Project Manager
Are you driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage all aspects of home construction in the field while providing an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Experience requirements to be our Project Manager:
- Must have at least 10 years of high-end custom home building experience
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as Superintendent or Project Manager for custom home projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with project management software (Ressio preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to homeowner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Visit each project 1–2 times per day with a clear purpose and productivity in mind
- Review all plans and specifications thoroughly before pre-construction meetings
- Conduct pre-construction and trade-specific pre-installation meetings (foundation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
- Oversee and manage all contractors’ work daily
- Meet with trades before they begin to review specifications, locations, and redline plans
- Ensure all field workers have the correct specifications and materials
- Maintain an up-to-date specifications book and onsite plans
- Coordinate and meet with inspectors as needed
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Ensure OSHA compliance and immediately address any safety violations with subcontractors
- Follow up to ensure all post-occupancy service work is completed promptly
- Learn and use Ressio project management software efficiently—maintain logs, upload photos, update schedules, and enter daily notes
- Utilize the scheduling calendar for all project activities
- Send weekly project updates to clients through Ressio
Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $95,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus program for homes successfully completed
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Use of company truck after a 90-day trial period

This well organized, energetic, detail-oriented, team player will be responsible for overall onsite management of the project from inception to final acceptance, including all onsite planning, scheduling inspections, contractors and control of all field work related to projects. The Project Manager provides supervision and coordination of subcontractors and other partners while ensuring safe conditions on construction job sites.
