- Has full responsibility for all project deliverables and processes

- Manages client interactions and creates an effective client communication strategy

- Trains, develops consultants and demonstrates team leadership

- Develops and leads the implementation of firm development agenda

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-School with 5+ yrs of experience in a Strategy Consulting firm (min. 1 year of experience as Engagement Manager)
