The Engagement and Human Resources Program Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with employees and managing large-scale initiatives to achieve organizational goals.  Key responsibilities include developing strategic programs, overseeing multiple projects, managing employee relationships, acting as a liaison between teams, analyzing program performance, and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires strong skills in project and program management, communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding business and employee needs. 

 

Essential Functions

  • HR analytics — collecting and interpreting employee data to guide HR decisions.   Provide recommendations on contingency plans and/or risk to launch.
    • Communications — ensuring internal communications are streamlined and effective (brand alignment). Liaise between departments/other groups to implement HR strategies. Develop high-impact business and HR presentations for executive leadership, translating data and strategy into clear, visually compelling information.
  • Program creation – create, plan, organize, track and maintain progress for all newly created and implemented programs/initiatives.  Oversight on reoccurring programs to ensure progress and consistency.  Ensure program/initiatives budget is maintained.
  • Training & Development – develop and deliver company-wide training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Lead change management and process improvement.
    • Create a positive work environment through relationship building.

 

Other duties (as needed) may include:

  • Talent acquisition – sourcing and screening candidates including supporting DEI strategies.
  • Onboarding — aiding with the onboarding of new hires and ensuring the process is effective, providing new hires a positive and successful experience

Education and Experience 

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Microsoft Suite (Outlooks, Excel, SharePoint, Monday.com) experience
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience 
  • Project Management experience
  • Multi-site experience, preferred

Experience creating visually compelling materials using design and branding tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or similar), preferred.

Travel Requirements 

  • Potential travel to and between the company’s manufacturing and sales locations may be required (5-10%).
