Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and enhance workplace culture.
• Plan and coordinate internal events, initiatives, and recognition programs.
• Create engaging content for internal and external communication platforms. 
• Create attractive post and manage the company's social media accounts. 
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting transparency, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Support management with employee engagement projects and feedback initiatives.
