We are the Talent Acquisition team at PwC Switzerland, experts in employer branding and recruitment. We shape our employer brand, attract, source and recruit top talent. We collaborate closely with different departments to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs. With our passion for talent acquisition and dedication to finding the right talents, we contribute to sustaining PwC's growth and success.

Your Impact: 

  • Plan, organise and take part at career events and activities in the French and German-speaking part of Switzerland, such as career fairs, presentations, workshops, in-house events, and campus activities with a willingness and motivation to travel as needed.  

  • Manage relationships with external PwC stakeholders, including universities, universities of applied sciences, career service centers and student associations  

  • Manage relationships with internal PwC stakeholders to align the employer branding activities with the business strategy 

  • Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining strategic sponsorships and partnerships with target group-relevant institutions and organisations. 

  • Create employer branding and promotional materials such as event flyers and PR articles and oversee giveaways as well as inventory and stock management. 

 

Your Skill Set 

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or have completed training as an event manager 

  • Bring experience in organising events, and/or in employer branding 

  • Fluent in French (mother tongue level), with excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written. 

  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and effectively communicate with diverse audiences 

  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, be creative, flexible, full of drive, and promote innovative ideas and solutions and remain calm in challenging situations
