We're looking for an experienced
Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in
Lisbon, Portugal!
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and execute employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
✔️ Manage multiple projects, programs, and events simultaneously.
✔️ Ensure a consistent employer brand presence across job boards, social media, internal platforms, and other communication channels.
✔️ Adapt global employer branding strategies to regional market trends and employee needs.
✔️ Monitor employer brand perception in
Portugal and Poland, identifying opportunities for improvement.
✔️ Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor EVP messaging to job-specific and regional recruitment needs.
✔️ Work closely with the HQ Employer Brand Manager to align local strategies with global employer branding objectives.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in employer branding, corporate events, CSR, or employee engagement.
✔️ Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
✔️ Proven experience managing and executing corporate events or employee engagement programs.
✔️ Experience working in corporate or regional environments.
✔️ Familiarity with digital marketing and employer branding tools.
