Responsibilities

1.Develop employer branding strategies and oversee the execution of those action plans

2.Create and manage contents for external and internal communication channels such as company website, social media, and recruitment materials

3.Drive employer branding initiatives by collaborating with internal parties such as HR, PR, MarCom and external agencies

4.Enhance company position as Thailand’s leading employer of choice, as in recruitment and employee engagement perspectives


Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media & Communications, Human Resources, or related field

2.At least 3-5 years in brand management, marketing, PR with a strong desire to build employer branding

3.Deep understanding of branding and marketing strategies

4.Creativity and ability to create engaging contents both online and offline

5.Proficiency in social media, content creator with excellent communication skills

6.Strong Project management and adaptability
