About the Role

We’re hiring an Employer Branding Manager to build and communicate what it truly feels like to work here. You’ll partner with People/HR, Marketing, and leadership to position us as a place where the right talent wants to join and stay.


Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of the company’s products’ vision and be up to date with the latest tech changes to align with the vision. 
  • Define and refine our employer value proposition (EVP) in partnership with People and leadership.
  • Own our employer brand narrative and ensure it’s consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Website Manager on careers pages and candidate-facing content.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager (LinkedIn) on talent-focused campaigns and posts.
  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives: campaigns, events, internal storytelling.
  • Create content featuring employees and teams (interviews, day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, blogs, videos).
  • Manage and monitor employer brand platforms: LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, other review sites.
  • Support recruitment marketing: job ad copy, campaign creative, outreach templates.
  • Track and report on employer brand metrics and candidate experience feedback.
  • Partner with internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with our culture narrative.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills – can turn conversations, culture, and ideas into clear, engaging content.
  • Genuine interest in people, culture, and how workplaces actually feel from the inside.
  • Comfort talking to employees and leaders, asking questions, and drawing out honest stories.
  • Experience creating content in any format: articles, social posts, interviews, video scripts, newsletters, etc.
  • Basic understanding of how channels like LinkedIn, careers pages, and review platforms influence candidates.
  • Organized and proactive: able to manage multiple stories, campaigns, and stakeholders without losing the thread.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or content marketing.
  • Experience working with HR/People/Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with internal communications or engagement programs.
