You'll make a difference by:

• Creating Engaging Content: Creating and assisting in the development of social media posts, blog articles, and other content that showcases our employer brand.
• Supporting Social Media Efforts: Helping to schedule and monitor content across our employer branding social media channels.
• Conducting Market Research: Helping to gather information and analyze trends in employer branding and competitor activities.
• Maintaining Brand Materials: Assisting in organizing and updating our library of employer branding assets.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working with HR, marketing, and communications colleagues on employer branding projects.

Your defining qualities:

• Pursuing Excellence: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related field.
• Genuine Interest: A strong passion for employer branding and talent acquisition.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creativity and Initiative: A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute creative ideas.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms and their trends.
