Role Description 
We are looking for a hands-on and creative Employer Branding Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute directly to our employer branding strategy and operations. You will gain exposure to campaign execution, content creation, internal communications, and early careers recruitment, while developing practical skills in a supportive environment. What matters most is your curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn, not that you already know it all. 

About the Role 
As the Employer Branding Intern, you will: 

• Assist in planning and executing global and local employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. 
• Collect, organize, and prepare content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for publishing across agreed platforms 
• Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic ads to enhance recruitment campaigns and reach targeted talent audiences. 
• Contribute to early careers recruitment activities, including promoting opportunities for students and graduates and helping with outreach. 
• Support the coordination of employee advocacy initiatives and employer branding events. 
• Support recruitment data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide insights that improve hiring strategies and decision-making. 

Internship Requirement: 

• University student in communications, marketing, HR, or a related/creative field or someone who’s simply a budding content creator with an interest in people and storytelling. 
• Strong curiosity, a willingness to try new things, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. 
• An interest in employer branding, social media, data and talent attraction. 
• Fluency in English
