Employer Branding Intern
Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating engaging content that brings a company’s culture to life? We’re looking for a creative and proactive Employer Branding Intern to join our team on a 12 month fixed contract and help us amplify our employer brand across digital channels and live events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creative Copywriting: Craft compelling posts, captions, and stories that reflect our values and attract top talent.
Social Media Management: Keep our employer branding channels active and engaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of conferences, career fairs, and internal events that showcase our brand.
Visual Content Creation: Design eye-catching visuals using Canva and Adobe Express to support campaigns and events.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Communications across EMEA to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Strong writing skills and a flair for storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Express is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
