ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy and planning: Define and execute China employer branding and recruitment marketing plans (annual/quarterly), aligned to corporate strategies and market needs; ensure global–local consistency with PR.
• EVP and content: Co-create layered EVPs and convert into reusable content kits; produce and govern multi-format stories and proof points with an editorial cadence and quality standards.
• Channels and campaigns: Operate and optimize key channels (WeChat, Video Account, Bilibili, LinkedIn, website, campus/industry events); run always-on and burst campaigns with TA to engage active/passive candidates and early talent.
• HR communication: Partner with HR COEs to build One HR Brand and promote HR services/products (e.g., Rewards, My HR) with clear information architecture and creative execution.
• Stakeholder engagement and governance: Influence adoption of Employer Brand principles; lead brand governance across language, visual standards, templates, and processes; deliver enablement/training for HR/TA/business partners.
• Project, agency, and budget management: Manage end-to-end campaigns, external partners, timelines, and budgets; set KPIs, review performance, and run post-campaign evaluations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Communications; minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or corporate communications. Experience serving senior management; MNC or professional services background preferred.
• Recruitment and brand expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment processes, candidate journeys, and how employer brand, social media, and marketing impact experience and campaign results; ability to operationalize EVP into messages and creative.
• Social media proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with WeChat, Bilibili, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms; strong content and community operations capabilities.
• Project and analytical skills: Strong project leadership; analytical and research ability to quickly digest information, generate insights, and drive A/B testing and optimization.
• Agility and collaboration: Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-moving environment; proven influence and collaboration with leaders, executives, PR, HRBP, TA, and COEs across China and global.
• Vendor and budget management: Experience managing agencies and budgets with compliant processes.
• Language: Proficiency in written and verbal English; Chinese fluency for local execution.
