More about the role

We’re looking for a Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Europe Team, supporting our Global recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside smart, passionate, and energetic colleagues while playing a crucial role in shaping how we attract and engage top talent.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in creating impactful and effective content for targeted campaigns on social media platforms, including social posts, ads, blogs, vlogs, and other assets

  • Support the planning and activation of our social media calendar

  • Coordinate and manage DE&I initiatives, and employee-focused photo/video shoots

  • Help maintain and optimize our online presence across social and recruitment platforms

  • Develop templates and toolkits to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with colleagues globally, advising them on audiovisual strategies to attract talent locally

  • Provide campaign support, track performance results, and report on effectiveness

Your qualifications
You’re a bold, resourceful self-starter with a creative mindset and a drive to innovate. You come equipped with:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field

  • Strong affinity for online marketing and social media platforms

  • Excellent writing skills, plus if you have copywriting expertise

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is preferred

  • Hands-on attitude with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking and execution

  • Advanced use of gen AI tools and excellent prompting skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional proficiency in English
