What You Will Do & Learn​

1) Marketing, Employer Brand​

• 快速学习Corporate Brand Guideline, Employer Brand Guideline, Employee Value Proposition​

• 根据Brand Architecture和Editorial Calendar严格跟进定期发布和发挥创意​

2) Operation, Social Media​

• 支持或执行定期定时发布：微信公众号，企业微信，微信视频号，抖音，领英，小红书，等社媒帐号​

• 支持或执行海报设计，短视频剪辑​

2) Talent Acquisition & Marketing, Early Talent​

• 独立对接用人经理, 对齐招聘需求, 搜索全国范围办公室实习生招聘工作​

• 发布岗位，筛选简历， 执行/推荐/安排面试，跟进入职流程​

• 支持团队线上线下校企关系和早期人才雇主品牌宣传/项目/活动​

What We Need From You​

• 必须当前是在校学生，专业不限（Marketing, HR, Communication相关优先)​

• 有实习经验且每周可工作五天，每周可申请至多两天为远程办公​

• 可实习至少六个月者优先​

• 有校招或社招支持经验者优先（猎头实习经验ok）​

• 会用Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 秀米者优先考虑​

• 会用Final Cut, 剪映, The MarTec等视频剪辑软件者优先考虑​

• 英语读写流利者优先考虑先​
