If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at AstraZeneca. We are looking for an Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) Intern to join our team. As an EBRM Intern, you will report to the EBRM Manager and work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams, as well as all other business units, to support them in running the Early Talent programs, creating content, organizing events and learn all about how we attract and retain talent at AstraZeneca.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Communication excellence — fluent Polish and English, with strong written, spoken, and visual storytelling skills
Content and visual creation — ability to craft presentations, graphics, videos, and texts; familiarity with design and video tools is a plus
Social media fluency — understanding platforms, trends, algorithms; tailoring content; community building and smart analytics
Community management & event organization — ability to manage early talent communities, engage students and employees, coordinate initiatives, and deliver end-to-end events
Organizational mastery — strong planning, prioritization, and time management; comfortable with multiple projects in parallel, quick turnarounds, and a dynamic environment
Curiosity and growth mindset — eagerness to learn, experiment, and step out of the comfort zone
Cando, handson attitude — proactive, independent, and ready to roll up sleeves to get things done
Collaboration skills — ability to work crossfunctionally with internal and external business stakeholders
Good knowledge of MS Office
University degree or a student
