We are currently looking for an Employer Brand Manager to help us create a cool employer brand, boost internal communications, launch exciting events, and maintain an inspiring corporate culture.

Your area of impact:

- Develop and implement the Employer Brand strategy (internal & external) together with the team

- Organise internal events: all-hands, team building, Q&A, hackathons, CSR initiatives

- Organise company participation in external events: conferences, meetups, networking

- Launch online and offline campaigns to attract top talent and increase team engagement

- Create welcome packs, merchandise and branded materials for events in close collaboration with the employee experience team

- Produce internal events and external content about career stories, team life, and celebrating achievements

- Monitor trends and launch new formats of internal and external communications

What you need to join us:

- Already have 2+ years of experience in employer branding or are looking to develop in this area, with related experience in marketing, communications or event management

- You can write concisely, clearly and interestingly

- You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or above

- Take initiative and take responsibility for implementation

- Generate new creative ideas and adapt trends to fit the brand and format
