Looking for a passionate Employer Brand Manager – our creative partner in shaping, amplifying, and sustaining a magnetic employer brand that attracts top talent.

Position Level: Middle +/ Senior 
Salary range: 
$2,500 to $4,000 per month gross 
Work format: full time, total remote, not from Russia/Belarus

Requirements:
🔸Experience in developing and promoting HR brands in the IT sector 
🔸Additional training or certification in digital marketing, HR branding, communications, or brand strategy
🔸Fluency in Russian and English (B2+)
🔸Experience in managing projects using agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
🔸Understanding of the principles of building an EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and the ability to transform it into effective communication campaigns
🔸Experience in interacting with HR, PR, and marketing, including launching integrated campaigns and developing internal communications
🔸Confident skills in working with digital promotion channels (social networks, career portals, websites, newsletters, etc.)
🔸Creativity, systematic thinking, and analytical skills — the ability to measure the effectiveness of the HR brand and suggest improvements

Responsibilities:
🔸Searching for and implementing effective tools to attract potential candidates 
🔸Conducting labor market research, analyzing competitive HR brands, identifying competitors' strengths and weaknesses
🔸Developing and implementing creative ideas to position the company as an attractive employer in the market
🔸Formulation and implementation of a comprehensive HR brand development strategy in collaboration with HR, PR, and marketing teams
🔸Analysis of the target audience of candidates, creation of candidate personas, and selection of appropriate channels and messages
🔸Planning and conducting digital campaigns: social media, career website, email marketing, events, and partnerships
🔸Participating in content creation (videos, texts, interviews, case studies) to increase employer brand awareness
🔸Monitoring campaign effectiveness, collecting analytics, and regularly optimizing strategy based on data
