As an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment employer branding strategy for a global matrix business. This will span all recruitment including early careers, experienced hires, volume and specialist hiring and will include managing strategies, launching global employee value propositions, and managing omni channel campaigns.

You will be the driving force behind how we’re perceived as an employer in the global ERP and SaaS talent market. You’ll partner across People, Marketing, and Leadership teams to shape our narrative, define our EVP, and execute creative campaigns that bring our culture and values to life. You’ll be hands-on in content creation, brand strategy, social media, and digital experience — building a brand that resonates with engineers, designers, salespeople, and SaaS professionals across the globe.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Activate Our EVP: Continue to define and roll out a compelling Employer Value Proposition that resonates with top SaaS talent across tech, product, sales, and customer success.
  • Brand Strategy: Work with the Talent Director and CPO to help lead the global employer brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all regions and functions.
  • Campaign Management: Design and launch talent attraction campaigns that bring our EVP to life through stories, events, and experiences, helping to make our job postings and other attraction methods more attractive.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Write and produce engaging content — blog posts, videos, employee spotlights, and social media content that highlight our people, teams, and culture.
  • Communication (Internal and external) Ability to create and write engaging content to suit the narrative. You will provide clear and creative communications for distribution both internally and externally
  • Website & Digital Channels: Manage our careers site and employer brand presence across third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards). Make basic updates to our site using CMS tools.
  • Social Media & Community Building: Own our employer brand social media strategy. Showcase our culture through dynamic, authentic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, DEI, Internal Comms, and Brand/Creative teams to align messaging and creative execution.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement, campaign performance, and ROI to continuously refine our approach and scale what works.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • A number of years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or talent attraction, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in developing and rolling out a global EVP.
  • Strong portfolio of content creation — including written, video, and social content tailored for talent audiences.
  • Experience with website CMS tools and ability to make basic updates (WordPress, Hubspot, Webflow, Adobe etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms /Digital channels and employer branding trends, especially in the tech and SaaS space.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design engaging content.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — you're just as comfortable planning campaigns as you are posting content or editing videos.
  • Passion for storytelling, culture-building, and connecting people with purpose.
