Employee Experience & Talent Development Manager
Are you a strategic and empathetic HR professional passionate about creating a thriving work environment? We're seeking an Employee Experience & Talent Development Manager to be a key partner in shaping our employee journey from day one. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that drive engagement, foster professional growth, and optimize our HR systems.
What You'll Do
You'll be a central figure in enhancing the employee experience across the organization by:
- Owning the Onboarding Process: Create a positive and consistent experience for new hires by managing the full onboarding lifecycle, from orientation to integration.
- Fostering Employee Relations: Address concerns, conduct investigations, and coach managers on best practices for performance management and conflict resolution. You'll also enhance employee recognition programs and lead engagement surveys to foster transparent communication.
- Ensuring Compliance and Policies: Uphold and communicate HR policies and procedures while staying current on federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Driving Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps, design and deliver engaging training programs, and manage our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Leveraging HR Technology: Serve as a superuser for our HRIS (Rippling), using data to generate key HR reports and optimize workflows.
- Supporting Talent Management: Lead performance review processes, contribute to succession planning, and develop career paths to help employees grow within the company.
Who You Are
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee engagement and talent development. You should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee engagement, onboarding, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Rippling), ATS, and LMS.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various office locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience in a multi-location or healthcare/physician practice environment.
- Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000
