Summary:

The Employee Engagement Specialist supports programs that strengthen employee experience, culture, and connection across the organization. This role coordinates engagement initiatives, events, leadership programs, onboarding experiences, recognition efforts, and internal communications while using feedback and participation data to continuously improve programs.

This position partners closely with HR, Learning & Development, leaders, and business teams to deliver consistent, high-quality employee experience across all locations.

Job Responsibilities:  

Events & Culture Programs

  • Plan and execute company meetings, employee events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, materials, communications, and on-site support.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and trends to enhance future programs.
  • Travel to various locations to support employee experiences and training sessions.

Engagement Measurement & Feedback

  • Administer employee engagement and onboarding surveys and manage related communications and timelines.
  • Compile participation data, feedback themes, and standard reports for leadership review.
  • Coordinate focus groups and support action planning follow-ups to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Learning Programs

  • Coordinate leadership visibility programs, training sessions, and guest speaker events.
  • Manage scheduling, materials, and communications with internal and external partners.
  • Support internal podcast production and learning program participation tracking.

Onboarding & Early Career Programs

  • Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and materials to ensure consistent onboarding experience.
  • Partner with HR and Compliance to maintain onboarding content.
  • Assist with administration of the Summer Internship Program and engagement activities.

Recognition & Communications

  • Support employee recognition platform and appreciation initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute engagement communications and maintain intranet content.
  • Monitor participation and usage metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Workplace Experience Support

  • Assist with hybrid workplace and shared space programs, including communications and usage tracking
  • Maintain documentation, resources, and employee guidance materials.

Other Responsibilities

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2 years of experience in Banking, Human Resources, or related functions.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, or employee initiatives preferred
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and feedback trends
  • Collaborative mindset with a high-energy, service-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel between locations as needed

Schedule:

  • This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home, based on business needs. This arrangement may change without notice.
