About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic collaborator to join our team as a Employee Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be integral to advancing our workplace culture and championing performance and engagement initiatives that align with our values. You’ll lead and support high-impact projects that span the full performance and engagement lifecycle, from goal setting to employee surveys, while partnering with key stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Do

  • Independently design and manage components of global performance and engagement projects, including annual goal setting, performance processes, and survey cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HRIS teams, and COEs to implement and improve employee experience initiatives.
  • Develop project plans to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution within scope and budget.
  • Configure and manage tools (e.g., performance management system and survey platforms), dashboards, and provide user support.
  • Create change management, communication, and training plans to support rollout and adoption of initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze performance and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across PPC and the business to align programs with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate presentations and training sessions on performance management and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to documentation, test support, and implementation of HR systems enhancements.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management practices, goal setting, and improvement strategies.
  • Experience with performance systems and engagement survey tools (e.g., Workday HCM, Qualtrics).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, communications, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with engagement models, survey analysis, and employee experience frameworks.

 

Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

 

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 - $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
