  • Retention: Develop data-driven strategies to keep our top talent engaged and inspired.

3. Skills Development (L&D)

  • Growth Roadmaps: Conduct deep-dive training needs analyses and execute an impactful Annual Training Plan.
  • Compliance: Lead the submission of WSP/ATR to relevant SETAs and manage our study assistance programs.

4. Culture, Integration & Transformation

  • First Impressions: Own the onboarding experience to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into our culture.
  • Climate & Voice: Manage engagement surveys and culture initiatives to keep a pulse on the organization.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a catalyst for change management and business transformation programs.

5. Governance & Analytics

  • Legislative Guardrail: Ensure 100% compliance with the BCEA, SDA, and Employment Equity (EE) Act.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize SAP and HR analytics to provide the HR Director with actionable KPIs that drive decision-making.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What You Bring to the Team

  • The Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an OD/Talent role, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • The Tech: Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office (specifically high-level PowerPoint storytelling and Excel data analysis).
  • The Knowledge: Deep expertise in South African labor legislation (EE, SDA, BCEA).
  • The DNA: You are an analytical thinker with the "soft skills" to coach managers and negotiate complex interpersonal dynamics.
