Employee Engagement Intern

Job Description :

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Create and design monthly internal communication materials (email newsletters, posters, announcements, and other communication assets)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and project execution.
• Support administrative tasks related to employee engagement activities.

Requirements  :

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, and Corporate Culture.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva Pro.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in event organizing, student organizations, or internships is a plus.
