Employee Engagement Facilitator

Role: Professional to facilitate employee engagement 

Who we are: The Arc Mercer is the premier provider of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mercer County, NJ.  We provide residential, day, transportation, and mental health services alongside recreational opportunities in the community.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually  (Include Bonus potential)

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Facilitate meetings of and participation in the Team Atmosphere Committee, an Arc Mercer program that allows front line employees to interact with senior leadership to bring about better policies and a more collaborative working environment.
2. Coach front line employees to act as leaders among their peers by facilitating meetings and fostering strong communication.
3. Assist in planning and executing regular meetings with employees. 
4. Support employees in their opportunities to share and celebrate their cultures with the agency

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong communication, administrative and organizational skills.
2. Demonstrated history of managing meeting logistics, schedules, and communications.. 
3. Experience in event planning and execution.  
4. Ability to coach and give feedback. 
5. Ability to flex priorities to respond to changing needs.
