Support Tasks & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for proactive and detail-oriented applicants who are available to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing both customer support and virtual assistance across various platforms and business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the team with administrative and e-commerce-related tasks.

Applicants must be dependable, able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and basic familiarity with 3PL coordination is a plus.

Below is a breakdown of the specific responsibilities involved:


General Customer Support

  • Process refunds, exchanges, and replacement orders
  • Handle customer emails and inquiries (Shopify Inbox)
  • Troubleshoot product/order issues
  • Manage MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders as needed
  • Monitor Shipcube (on-hold/exception orders)
  • Process WROs and B2B orders
  • File claims through Amazon and ShipBob
  • Manage PayPal and Shopify disputes
  • Coordinate TikTok fulfillment
  • Provide support for TV segment-related inquiries
  • Respond to Shopify emails for delayed products/shipments
  • Communicate with 3PL partners as needed

Virtual Assistant (VA) Tasks

TV Segment Preparation

  • Help with checklist creation and updates
  • Write and organize product descriptions
  • Assist in sourcing product images/videos
  • Set up Loop Returns
  • Create Flip posts
  • Import Amazon reviews to Shopify (Loox)

Amazon Support

  • Respond to feedback and messages
  • Review and optimize listings

General Admin

  • Organize internal files and product data
  • Process internal shipping requests
  • Review and audit Shipcube invoices
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Upload new products and content to platforms (Shopify, Flip, etc.)

Potential Future Tasks

  • Social media support (posting, responding to messages)
  • Amazon Influencer coordination
  • Support for abandoned cart recovery
  • Amazon forecasting & inventory management
  • Maintain Amazon account health
