Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, People Operations to lead and scale our HR operational excellence across multiple countries. This role will oversee regional HR compliance, employee experience, systems, and operations, ensuring our people programs are aligned with global strategy while tailored to local needs. You will partner closely with senior leadership, legal, finance, to build efficient, compliant, and people-centric processes that drive engagement and performance. 


Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR/People Ops leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading HR operations across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Experience scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong project management skills and operational excellence mindset.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and HR practices in Italy, UK, France, Germany, and Spain a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a distributed or hybrid workforce.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Background in both strategic and hands-on HR operations roles.
