Director of People & Culture

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of People & Culture to help shape and scale our organization as we grow beyond 350 employees. This role will lead the development of a flat, high-performance culture and build a leadership pipeline focused on developing impactful player-coaches across the business.

• Shape a flat, high‑performance culture; build leadership pipeline for player‑coaches.
  
• Drive engagement, retention, and employer brand in a scaling tech org (350+ staff).
  
• Standardize comp frameworks, levels, and a modern HR tech stack.
  

Requirements

•  Shipped engagement programs that moved retention and eNPS.
  

• Built compensation frameworks at 300+ FTE scale.
  
• Implemented Willo/Greenhouse/BambooHR/Lever for recruiting and decisions.
  
• Hands‑on recruiter and corporate PR/employer branding leader.
