Executive |

· Participate in annual and semi-annual strategic planning sessions. · Directs activities of HR staff to optimal team performance · Ensure cross-training or knowledge sharing across HR department |

Strategic |

· Create direct strategic plans for the Human Resources functional area within BMA Plan long-term goals to develop and grow resources according to BMA's strategic plan and ensure execution |

Operations |

· Bi-Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of BMA's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. · Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance. · Maintains responsibility for BMA compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. · Communicates changes in personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed. · Develop compensation program and assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of agency wage and salary program. · Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation. Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters. · Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the agency. · Strategically develop and maintains a human resource system that meets agency personnel information needs. · Benefits Administration, and 401k · Knowledge of iSolved system and employee relation resolution · Supervises the staff of the human resource department. · Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities. |

· Direct Profit/Loss responsibility for program profitability as it relates to HR/recruiting functions (ensuring staff are hired within salary/hourly parameters as established by CEO for each project) · Direct budget accountability for HR and recruiting function within BMA |
