We're seeking a Director of Employee Experience & HR to create an extraordinary employee journey from hire to retirement. This role leads employee engagement, learning & development, HR processes, and onboarding to support a strong, healthy culture. System Integrations, LLC is a growing company with approximately 100 employees.

What You'll Do

• Lead companywide employee engagement initiatives including communications, events, and team activities.
• Build and manage learning & development programs, performance scorecards, and structured 1:1 processes.
• Partner with recruiters to present top candidates and support department hiring needs.
• Deliver an engaging onboarding experience covering company history, training, and role readiness.
• Maintain HR systems, track state licenses, review timesheets, process payroll, coordinate company benefits, and update company handbook.
