Requirements

-Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses; managing benefits, employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations), recognition and appreciation, new hire orientation, retention and more.

-Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns.

-Ability to engage w/people from different walks of life and serve as a resource.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs.

-Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background preferred.

-Human Resources Information System experience w/ Paylocity or another system preferred.
